Finally, a steel that can do both! The Kori Dual Grit Ceramic Steel 10″ can be used to both sharpen and hone your knives. Restore or create an edge with the coarse blue 800 grit section, and use the extra-fine white 3000 grit ceramic part to polish and hone. The oval shape has more surface area for maximum efficiency.
