Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Ceramic Honing Steels (used for knife maintenance)
  • Electric Knife Sharpeners (due to hygiene concerns)
  • Pull-Through Knife Sharpeners (once used)
  • Any item that shows signs of use or wear

Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our Virginia Beach team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with all original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your invoice
  • RMA number clearly visible

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  2. Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item

Damaged or Defective Items
