All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Ceramic Honing Steels (used for knife maintenance)
- Electric Knife Sharpeners
- Pull-Through Knife Sharpeners (once used)
Any item showing signs of use will not be eligible for return.
Return Policy Details

- Item must be unused in original condition with all packaging
