The two-handled Wusthof 12″ Cheese Knife is a double-handed cheese knife for slicing whole wheels or large wedges of cheese: the two handles allow the hands to maintain control while the sharp blade does the rest. A special etching on the blade prevents the cheese from sticking or pulling, so it slides easily through the wedge.
